Sale price is good only until inventory is exhausted.
All guns are "SOLD AS IS" with manufacturer's warranty.
Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. We will not hold the gun longer than 7 days.
Payment may be made by USPS Money Order or Cashier's Check or Cash at the store.
No special terms will be allowed.
Gun to be picked up in our store, or we will ship to the FFL dealer of your choice. It is up you, the buyer, to determine whether it is legal in your state. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the FFL near him to send us a copy of his FFL and to arrange shipment.
Shipping/Handling is $40.00 for handguns and $59.95 for long guns to lower 48 states. Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
All guns are subject to sale in our retail store, we will remove the gun from website immediately upon sale in our retail store.
No trades unless you come to our store location.
Warranty return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
Shipment to California will require an extra handling fee of $25.00.

Minnesota residents need to add 7.875% Sales Tax.
